Construction of Phase II at Pioneer Shopping Center is well underway. We are commited to ensuring the safety and least inconvenience for our tenants and their customers during the construction of Phase II. In appreciation of the overwhelming support we have received from customers in the past 2 years, we will pull all stops to make sure our superior customer care and facility standards are improved. It goes without saying that the pioneering effort to bring only the best quality shops, products and services in the region attests to our belief that OUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE THE BEST.

Phase II is to be opened in November 2012, and already 80% of it has confirmed leases with shops such as CLICKS, STERNS, TRUWORTHS, EXACT, TOTAL SPORTS, IDENTITY,FASHION EXPRESS, MR PRICE & MR PRICE HOME. First National Bank (FNB) will be taking up 1035m² offering full banking services. This will be the third major bank to open it’s doors at the Center. Phase II will also include the expansion of current anchor tenants: Life’s’ Comfort Solutions (LCS), Pick n Pay Supermarket and Markhams.

There will be parking difficulties during this construction period. Alternative parking areas have been demarcated during this time.
